Design Philosophy

I create content that highlights the significance of using different tools and data-driven design to develop educational experiences that are solutions-oriented and prioritize the diverse needs of learners. My work integrates the principles of educational psychology theory, ADDIE design theory, accessible design, and iterative design to identify the underlying problems and create effective solutions. I believe that being deliberate and dynamic needn't be mutual exclusive and that positive learning, training, and onboarding experiences are foundational for success at any organization.
